I have long valued Care and especially the techs. Always on time, always explain and communicate very well. When there is a need for repair, it seems done correctly, first time, every time. Kyle followed the above tradition and again, thank you Kyle.. I recommend Kyle and Care. There was a small leak that had to be fixed and the price was pretty hefty, but still at or around industry average.

We’ve used Care for years and I am always happy with their service and results. Our one year old AC unit stopped working, which is a big concern. Our tech Sean stopped by and quickly realized our drain line had clogged and the float switch correctly stopped the unit. He cleared it, recommended some cleaning methods or other future solutions and was on his way. Very professional, no suggestions to buy unnecessary equipment or products. Care is our go-to for all AC and furnace needs!
