Using an odd technique, the village name was chosen by pulling the name out of a hat. Originally established as a mill seat located between two streams, Galena remains a quiet village today. I called at 6 PM after hours and the answering service picked up immediately. They worked to thoroughly understand my problem. I received a call from a representative of the business within 45 minutes of placing the first call, which was not an emergency situation. They scheduled a repair for the next morning. The repair technician called in advance of his arrival. He was careful, thorough and exceeded expectations in making the repair. This was a great value for the customer and technical service I received.
