I was pleased with the quick response and rapid appointment time to fix a furnace. A friend and I replaced a sensor and an intake motor. A blower and an ignitor (capacitor) required more help. Wes was patient as I watched him work and he answered all of my questions. The mark-up on parts was a dose of reality but was not unexpected. Wes gave me a straight answer. I would be more likely to consider the Care Protection Plan if it did not require an automatic withdrawal. I recommend Care Heating & Cooling when in need of a furnace repair.
