I was blown away (pun intended) by the care given by CARE! Kyle was a consummate professional, he led us through each step of the process, told us exactly what was wrong, and repaired it immediately. The appointment window was from 8-12, and he came first thing Monday morning and was out by around 8:30 - incredible!

Technician (Shawn Brennan) came to our house to troubleshoot why our A/C unit would not automatically go back on following a power surge. After a very thorough check, we were relieved to hear all was OK with the A/C....no fried wires. Shawn did discover a problem with the Thermostat....great detective work. He had an exact Honeywell replacement in his truck, so we were back in business in no time at all. I must mention this took place on Father's Day Sunday. Paula answered my call at 7:00 AM and Shawn arrived on time at noon. There are so many excellent people working at C.A.R.E., but I'd like to give a special shout out to PAULA and SHAWN in particular because they demonstrated these fine qualities that begin with the letter "P" (as in PAULA)... *PASSIONATE about what they do *Take PRIDE in their work *PROs and PERFECTIONISTS in their respective duties *PROJECT a positive attitude *PLEASURE to work with *PROVIDE a pleasant experience *PUNCTUAL for the appointment *PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, POLITE and POSSESS PERSONALITY PLUS! *PENCHANT for PAMPERING their customers *Paula and Shawn are the total package and personify the epitome of superior customer care!
