I was called by office to schedule spring furnace check, which I appreciated. Anthony came on time and very efficiently performed all checks to ensure furnace continues to perform well. He explained what he did, that nothing more was needed at this time in a kindly and understandable fashion.

We have been using Care Heating and Cooling for 3 or more years and we are so happy that we were referred to them! We joined the Customer Protection Plan ( I am not sure of the name) and it is well worth the small monthly cost. And Cheney, our technician; came, diagnosed, solved the problem in a very short time and there was no charge!

Anthony was very kind and worked hard to correct my furnace's problem, even though it took 3 trips. He was able to repair it at a lesser cost than initially quoted. Paula and Johnnie in the office were also helpful in getting the correct part ordered,.
