Excellent service, there are live humans to talk to during business hours, and everyone from the salesperson who sold me the unit to the maintenance people are pleasant, on time, and knowledgeable.

Care was very easy to communicate with, very straight forward, no high-pressure sales, and the techs were great. I had a few things that needed fixed after the new furnace was installed and they front desk was VERY quick to get the techs back out to finish and fix the job. Thank you for a good experience.

Once again I am very pleased with the great customer service I received from Cory. He is always professional, courteous and kind. He explains what he is checking and always is open for questions. He is an asset to Care Heating and Cooling. I am also pleased with Paula’s great customer care also. 5 stars for CARE!!!!!

Very professional and courteous. I called when my furnace wasn’t working and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. About 35 minutes later I had an answer and a plan to fix it. I used this company to put in the furnace and had a great experience then also. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Excellent service! Service person was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything he did thoroughly. I have used Care Heating and cooling for many years and they always do an excellent job! I am very satisfied with their service.

I recently had Care Heating and Cooling install a new air handler and heat pump. Although there were some issues with the initial install the good people at Care corrected them. I have worked with many contractors over the years on various projects but I have rarely worked with a more friendly, kind and dedicated group of people. It is hard to find a company now days that you can trust and one that has people who do care about customer satisfaction. If you are looking for these things and a fair price give Care Heating and Cooling a call.

Sierra was great! So far communication from CARE has been good and Sierra was super down to earth, honest, and knew what she was doing. I appreciated the level of transparency I received. Pictures were taken and sent to us regarding the damage in our furnace which makes me feel much better about moving forward. Now I just need to meet with the Sales team and get the work done. More review to come!

So I’m leaving a review because how well Care took care of me. I bought an all electric system from them almost a year ago and the outdoor system started leaking. I called them to have them come out and look at it. Well turns out the outdoor system was leaking. They then replaced the whole outdoor system and didn’t fuss with me not once. It was covered under my warranty. They ordered a new unit and the next day installed it. They were on top of it and answered all the questions I had. They did not give me any issues, not once! I had called them about 10 times because I had a ton of questions and was anxious. They took great care of me and I seriously would recommend them to anyone. I want to thank them for being kind, quick to fix the issue, and not giving me any lip or resistance to fixing my issue. I will continue doing business with them in the future. Their rating on google is justified.

I recently had a fantastic experience with CARE for my HVAC installation. From the initial contact to installation, everything went smoothly. Great Communication: Alex was very helpful in explaining my options and recommending the perfect system for my needs. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly. Professional Installation: The installation crew led by Sean and Isaac arrived on time, were very professional, and kept my home clean throughout the process. They also explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. Fast and Efficient: The installation itself was completed quickly and efficiently in one day. They also cleaned up meticulously afterwards, leaving no mess behind. Quality Work: I’m very happy with the new system – it’s already keeping my home comfortable and the noise level is minimal. The CARE team was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job.

Technician Cory arrived during the scheduled window for my A/C Tune-Up (after giving me a call that he was on his way from his previous appointment.) Did a thorough job checking out my A/C unit and system inside and out. We love CARE and every tech we’ve ever had come out has been great, Cory included.

I highly recommend Kyle Fisher for any of your furnace and air conditioner needs! Kyle is very professional and goes beyond what is expected of him! I always request Kyle for my fall and summer inspections….as well as any other repairs. I will always trust what he suggests. He is always so polite and extremely helpful! Thank you!
