Because Galloway’s village limits are not clearly defined many citizens do not understand that it is a separate village from the suburban development of Columbus. Don was out yesterday for a yearly check on our air conditioner. It was actually pouring down rain so heavily, but , he did not mind. He had the proper attire, and even was courteous enough to wear booties inside, when he came in to do further checking. Very polite, and friendly. went over what he did with me, and was happy to chat a bit about a few suggestions. Very friendly gentleman and this day and age, you just don’t get a lot of friendly people willing to do their work even in adverse conditions. Thank you, Don.

Great communications. Reminders for the date, an update when my tech was heading over, clear explanation of my systems status, plus the things I could do to help the visit go efficiently. Easily within the expected target time. Very strong effort to keep my house clean and tidy (a storm blew through that morning), using care to cover his shoes. Kind, polite, eager to take questions, great expertise on my systems, and remembered his last visit even better than I did. I happily recommend Care and Cory McGregory for your AC and Heating needs.
