It was first settled in 1801 and referred to as Middlebury until Judge Thomas Powell established the first post office in 1857. Located between Delaware and Worthington, the expanding cities are causing Powell’s population to continue to grow. We had an intermittent problem with our furnace that I worried would become a bigger issue with the weather getting colder. Sean B. Came out and diagnosed/ resolved the issue. He was communicative and helped me understand what the issue was, what our options were to resolve it and, finally, implemented the fix. He explained things in plain English and now we’re all set. Sean was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
