Lucas helped me get an appointment scheduled when I called this morning. He was very professional and made sure that I had an appointment time convenient for my schedule. My service technician Kyle was so helpful. He called 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He explained how to change my humidifier filter, showed me what the issue was with my furnace, fixed the problem and even showed me how to set the humidity level on my Nest thermostat. Could not have asked for a better person to solve the problem. I would welcome Kyle back anytime.

Although my service window was 8-12, I very much appreciate the accommodation of my request to be early in the window due to my work schedule. Technician arrived right on time at 8am. Sean was friendly, efficient, and did great work. He was excellent, walked me through the bill and the plan, talked me through my service, and was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you Sean! The price is fair, although a little higher than I would expect based on the cost of two annual tune-ups without the plan (you don't really save anything doing an annual plan if you don't have need for additional service).
