Wes arrived on time and got right to work. He described how he would do the furnace tune-up and how long it would take. He finished ahead of time. Wes proceeded to explain things that he found and we discussed how much longer I could expect this almost 15 year old unit to last before replacement. Wes was efficient, friendly, and professional.

Persistence appears to have paid off. After we thought they had fixed the problem, we continued to have periods of no heat, so Dana had to come out on The Game day. She spent almost two hours on the phone with her manager troubleshooting and identified a faulty valve. Kyle was out on Monday to replace it with no charge. Finally, we appear to have our heat on consistently. Care never made us feel like we were the problem. They continued to respond promptly and professionally until the issue was identified and fixed.
