My feedback would be that I received no reminder from the company regarding the service that was scheduled weeks ago. I also can’t speak to the quality because lm not an expert in this field but there was no issue with service interaction. Cost was included in a service plan so cannot really speak to that either.

Wes arrived on time and got right to work. He described how he would do the furnace tune-up and how long it would take. He finished ahead of time. Wes proceeded to explain things that he found and we discussed how much longer I could expect this almost 15 year old unit to last before replacement. Wes was efficient, friendly, and professional.
