Care Heating and Cooling was founded on October 1, 1994, in Westerville, Ohio, with a very clear mission. We wanted to provide residential and commercial HVAC service that homeowners could completely trust without ever second-guessing the recommendations they received.
One of the earliest and most important structural decisions we made was to pay our technicians an hourly wage rather than commissions. That single policy totally removed the financial pressure that often leads to unnecessary repair pitches, and it proudly remains in place today.
